Sauteed lamb is an ancient Georgian dish. First of all, we need to clean and cut the meat. Also, cut tomatoes into big cubes. Saute lamb in butter. After 5 minutes add tomatoes.

Fry finely chopped onions in butter and wine. Add it to the lamb mixture. When the meat will be ready, add finely chopped coriander, basil, and garlic. Simmer for 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
