I always use fresh yeast, but you can use 15 grams of dried. Soak them in water and add 1 tsp. sugar. Wait for 15 minutes and start kneading the dough. Sprinkle fresh yeast in a bowl. Add sugar and water or milk. Sieve one cup of flour, mix everything and set aside for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare other ingredients - melt butter, whisk 3 eggs along with sugar. All ingredients should be warm. Gently add them to the pre-dough and knead. Sieve flour in this mixture and continue kneading. The last phase will be oil and salt. Knead it once again. Dough should be soft and gentle. Cover with towel and set aside for 15-20 minutes.

Cook the stuffing: saute minced meat along with finely chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Place a parchment on a baking tray. Take the dough and start forming buns. Place one teaspoon of stuffing in each piece of dough, wrap them, and keep in a warm place for 10-15 minutes. Preheat an oven to 170 degrees. Bake patties for 15 minutes. After that spread with beaten egg and bake at 200 degrees for 5 more minutes.
