200 200 gr. sour cream
1 1 piece mint
300 300 gr. flour
3 3 piece eggs
350 350 gr. bread crumbs
2 2 teaspoon salt
1 1 liter vegetable oil
500 500 gr. mozzarella

Dip mozzarella first in a flour, then in whisked eggs, and in the end in bread crumbs.

Wash mint. Whisk in a blender along with sour cream and salt. Sauce is ready. Warm the oil in a dip saucepan. Fry mozzarella balls until golden brown.
