Salt and pepper
First of all, finely chop greens. Season meat with salt and pepper. Add chopped greens, garlic, 1-2 tablespoons of green tkemali sauce, and egg.
Give desired shape to a mixture. Spread oil into a pan, place meat cutlets, cover with the lid, and fry on a low heat.
After 2-3 minutes remove the lid and fry them from another side.
When meat will be ready, pour it with wine, cover the lid, and fry for 3 more minutes.
Spread tkemali on a plate, top with cutlets and pour with whine sauce from a pan.
