100 100 gr. sugar
100 100 gr. powdered sugar
4 4 piece egg yolks
1/2 1/2 piece lemon zest
1/2 1/2 piece lemon juice
1 1 рinch salt

100 100 gr. mascarpone
80 80 gr. powdered sugar

step 1
Place eggs in a bowl and whisk along with salt. Add gradually sugar and continue whisking. Add lemon zest, powdered sugar, and lemon juice. Continue whisking. Meringa should be solid, not liquid.

Transfer it to pastry bag. Cover baking tray with parchment and make 2 round discs with help of pastry bag. Preheat the oven up to 150 degrees and bake from 30 to 60 minutes. It depends on a size. Do not open oven while baking. Let Meringa cool to room temperature. Do not keep it in a fridge.

For this dessert we decided to cook simple and tasty crème. Whisk cream along with vanilla and powdered sugar. Slightly whisk mascarpone and mix it with the whisked cream. Spread crème on a baked Meringa, top with berries and cover with another piece of Meringa.
