200 200 gr. salmon
1 1 piece avocado
1/2 1/2 piece mango
1 1 piece lime
1 1 piece red bell pepper
1 1 piece green pepper
50 50 ml. olive oil
30 30 gr. coriander

Cut salmon fillet, peppers, and avocado into small cubes.

Mix everything together, pour with juice of half lime, and sprinkle with the salt.

Make a puree out of avocado, pour with lime juice. Use only half of it. Sprinkle with the salt.

Place salmon into culinary circle or any desired vessel, top with the avocado puree.
