500 500 gr. mascarpone
5 5 piece egg yolk
125 125 gr. powdered sugar
2 2 gr. vanilla
3 3 gr. amaretto
3 3 piece gelatin
1 1 piece puff dough

Start with creme - soak gelatin in warm water. Whisk egg yolks and powdered sugar. Add mascarpone, vanilla, and amaretto. Squeeze gelatin and melt in an oven.

Add gelatin and continue whisking. Put creme in a fridge and let it rest for several hours.

Preheat an oven to 170 degrees. Cut puff dough into desired shapes and bake in an oven. Spread with mascarpone creme and top with strawberries.

How To Serve

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
