Soak raisins in plenty of cold water for 30 minutes. Mix with orange peel, lemon zest, and almonds.
Dissolve the yeast in the milk with the whisk and pour it over the flour and honey. Knead at the lowest speed for 8 minutes.
Put the dough into a lightly oiled container, cover with the lid and let it rise, for 30 minutes.
Add to the pre-dough powdered sugar and vanilla. After, all the ingredients except the butter. Knead the dough on a low speed. Add butter and knead for 10 more minutes.
Gently add dry-fruit mix. Cover with the lid and let it rise for 15 minutes.
Tear the dough into buns, cover with the napkin and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
Knead the dough into buns once again and put into a baking vessels. Leave them to rise in a warm place until the dough starts to rise over the edges.
Brush with the egg yolk and cut the cross with the sharp knife.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
