Mix salt and yeast in warm water. Place in a separate bowl 700 gr. of flour and half tsp. salt, pour yeast water and knead the dough. Add olive oil and continue kneading. Spread bowl with olive oil, place the dough in it and cover with plastic. Wait for dough to rise.

Wash tomatoes and put in boiled water for 5 minutes. Peel them, scroll through mincing machine, pour into saucepan and place on a high heat. Cook for 30 minutes. After, add basil, sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Grate cheese and slice salami.
