Nougat is everyone's favorite dessert. It is made from glucose syrup, which is pretty hard to buy, so, we use honey.

800 800 gr. honey
500 500 gr. sugar
4 4 eggs
5 5 gr. vanilla extract
20 20 gr. lemon zest
15 15 gr. almonds
15 15 gr. pistachio
15 15 gr. raisins
15 15 gr. walnuts
10 10 gr. orange zest

First, place the pan 800 gr. of honey and add 500 gr. of sugar. Constantly stir. At this time, beat 4 egg whites.

Prepare a plate and wrap it with a plastic.

Reduce the heat from sugar and honey, add the whites slowly and stir constantly. After, add 2-3 drops of vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, 1 tablespoon orange zest and ¼ teaspoon salt.

Stir the mass for 40 minutes. Add the nuts and raisins, put on the plate and cool in the refrigerator.
