Chicken breasts in cornel sauce

I love cornel. My family used to make jams and compotes from it. I decided to make a sauce. 

3 3 chicken fillet
50 50 gr. green onion
30 30 gr. leeks
1 1 green pepper
100 100 gr. sulguni
4 4 piece garlic
1 1 egg
6 6 teaspoon adjika
700 700 gr. cornel
1 1 bunch of coriander
2 2 utskho suneli
2 2 glasses of dry red wine
50 50 gr. smoked sulguni
step 1
Put washed cornel into a pan and cover with water. Add wine and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Keep the broth. Make a puree out of cornel, add some broth, utskho suneli, 2 teaspoons of adjika, chopped coriander and salt to taste.

Cut the fillet and make a "pocket". Cut the greens, add egg and grated cheese. Fill the "pockets" with this mass.

Fry the fillets on both sides, with the lid closed.

How To Serve

Cool the chicken and put it in the sauce.
