Caramelized pepper with honey and ground almonds

40 40 ml. olive oil
4 4 green peppers
2 2 gr. ground pepper
20 20 gr. honey
2 2 lemons
10 10 gr. basil
10 10 gr. tarragon
step 1
Fill the pan with oil, sprinkle with salt. On high heat, fry pepper on the sides. For further caramelization, pour lemon juice and honey. Toast for a total of 2 minutes on both sides

Sprinkle the prepared peppers with ground pepper and garlic. Sprinkle tarragon with basil leaves and ground almonds for serving.
