200 200 gr. chestnuts
100 100 gr. onion
100 100 ml. oil
2 2 pomegranates
50 50 gr. narsharab
10 10 gr. barberries

Dice a beef and place the cubes in a medium-sized pot. Add water to cover them and place the pot on a medium heat, put a lid on and boil it until the water evaporates.

Add oil and minced onions and sauté together with meat. Afterwards, add narsharab, then barberries, ground red pepper and salt. Add chestnuts five minutes before it’s done.

How To Serve

Put it on a plate and decorate with pomegranates. Serve warm.
