Pork with Blackberry Sauce

1 1 kg. pork meat
500 500 gr. blackberries
1 1 bunch of mint grass
2 2 piece garlic
10 10 gr. pepper
40 40 ml. sunflower oil

Fry meat in a frying pan, with a little oil. After the crust appears, lower the fire and cover the pan with a lid. Let it boil for another 10 minutes.

For the sauce, blackberries, mint and garlic blend together. After blending add salt and pepper. Mix again. Sauce can strained through the gauze.
