We offer you a spring dish of soft and tender veal and fresh tarragon , which will help your body take all necessary and useful substances and create a spring mood.

1 1 kg. veal
2 2 red peppers
2 2 green peppers
50 50 gr. Rosemary
4 4 lemons
3 3 packs of tarragon
300 300 ml. olive oil
500 500 ml. cream
30 30 gr. pepper mix
3 3 piece garlic

Make marinade for meat. Veal washed and cut into cubes. Pour olive oil (250 ml), add rosemary, pepper and lemon. Leave for 2 hours.

Tarragon need to be washed, then blended with cream. Once again, clean the meat from the seasonings and place in a saucepan. Stew together with the marinade juice for 1 hour on low heat in a closed saucepan.

Check if the meat has become soft, add tarragon sauce and boil for another 5 minutes. Add salt to taste. To make a side dish, cut the bell pepper and put it in a frying pan in oil, add the pepper.

Add garnish right into the sauce, enjoy the dish until warm.
