10 10 ml. olive oil
30 30 gr. honey
100 100 gr. lemon
90 90 gr. walnuts
60 60 gr. cauliflower
100 100 gr. orange
10 10 ml. chacha
100 100 gr. sulguni

Clean the trout and fry on a pan along with garlic clove. Place cauliflower in boiled water and cook for 10 minutes. Transfer it to small bowl and pour with lemon juice and olive oil. Mix honey and warm water. Peel an orange. Keep a bit of zest. Place orange on a pan, pour with honey water, and caramelize. Cut the cheese.

Prepare a sauce: whisk in a blender walnuts, chacha, honey, salt, and pepper.
