800 800 ml. milk

1 1 teaspoon salt
1 1 teaspoon sugar
1 1 yeast
50 50 ml. sunflower oil
1 1 kg. potato
1 1 kg. Imeretian cheese

First of all, knead the dough. Mix salt, sugar, and yeast in a warm water. Wait 15 minutes and add the flour. Start kneading in one direction. Mixture should be homogeneous. Spread the dough with sunflower oil and set aside for 1 hour. Boil potatoes. Mash them along with cheese and add a bit of salt. Mixture should be homogeneous, as well. Divide the mixture into equal balls.

Knead the dough once again and divide into equal balls. Size of the stuffing and size of the dough should be almost the same. Knead each ball and place the stuffing in the middle. Cover it with the dough and gently knead. Khabidzgina should me as thin as possible. Preheat an oven to 200-250 degrees and bake khabidzginas for 10 minutes.
