Prepare molds - spread them with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Wash tomatoes. Place them in a baking vessel along with garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Pour with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Preheat an oven to 200 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.
Pour milk in a saucepan. Add bay leaf and black pepper corns. Bring to simmer and set aside for 10 minutes.
Melt butter in another saucepan. Sieve flour and mix gently. Drain milk and pour in flour and butter. Mix everything with hand mixer.
Separate egg white and egg yolks. Add egg yolks and grated cheese to flour and milk mixture. Beat meringue out of egg white and gently mix with everything.
Pour the mixture in molds.
Preheat an oven to 190 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Don't open the oven!

Serve with baked tomatoes.
