Let's start with the preparation of dough. Here the only important factor is good and icy butter. So, cut the butter as small as possible.

Next, in a bowl, combine spices, flour (110 gr.),and sugar (90 g). Place butter. Knead until smooth. Wrap in a plastic and place in a freezer for 30 minutes.

Peel and cut apples. Mix with 150 grams of sugar and 25 grams of flour. Prepare small baking vessels and fill them with apples.

Top with the dough. It should be quite thick, about 1 cm.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for one hour.
