Wash and slice cucumbers. Pour vinegar, 500 ml of water, salt, red pepper flakes, and garlic in jar. Place cucumbers in marinade and leave overnight.
Wash and slice mushrooms. Wash tarragon and use only leaves. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Prepare two pans - one for mushrooms, one for steaks. Fry steaks on both sides.
Start frying mushrooms. In 10 minutes add soy sauce and tarragon.

Serve steaks with mushrooms and pickles.
