12 12 eggs
1 1 kg. potatoes
150 150 gr. onions
100 100 ml. olive oil
150 150 gr. red bell peppers
8 8 gr. paprika
Salt to taste

Peel and cut potatoes and onions. Saute them. Whisk eggs, add salt, paprika and chopped bell peppers. Add sauted onions and potatoes to this mixture.

Preheat the pan, add some olive oil and pour the mixture.

Cover with the lid and fry on a low heat. Fry from both sides and turn around with help of a large plate.
