500 500 gr. bacon
800 800 gr. mushrooms
1 1 piece onion
3 3 teaspoon mustard
1 1 piece egg
700 700 gr. puff dough
100 100 ml. olive oil
2 2 teaspoon salt
2 2 clove garlic
1 1 teaspoon cumin

Sprinkle meat with salt and fry on a pan from all sides. Spread with mustard and set aside. Wash and finely chop mushrooms, garlic and onion. Fry on a pan. Season with salt and cumin.

Place bacon on a food plastic, spread with fried mushrooms, place the meat in the middle and wrap as a roulette. Place in a fridge for 20 minutes.

Roll out the dough. Carefully remove plastic from the meat and place it in the dough. Wrap as the roulette again.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Spread the roulette with whisked egg and bake for 40 minutes.
