Kus Erbo is the dish from Khevsureti. In the native language means - the turtle's boiled butter. Unfortunately, I do not know why this dish is called so. The most important thing for us is that this dish is really tasty and easy to cook.

Boil the potatoes with the skin, cool and grate.
Preheat a frying pan, melt the butter and place a clove of garlic, but remove it until it will turn black. Add grated potatoes and fry.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. It can be filled directly into the pan. Or you can spread the potatoes in a small fireproof mold, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 3-4 minutes.
How To Serve
Our dish is quite greasy, so, do not forget Borjomi!
