Catfish with vinegar and coriander sauce

1 1 lemon

120 120 gr. coriander
50 50 ml. vinegar

Clean the catfish, remove all the bones and skin.

Cut the fish into small pieces, chop it and make small balls.

Make a Kindzmari - add in bowl vinegar, minced coriander, garlic and salt. You can also add some water.

Place in pot laurel, carrots, onion, lemon, salt, black peppercorns, coriander, water and let it boil. Then add fish balls and boil it for about 3 minutes.

How To Serve

Put fish into Kindzmari sauce and leave for about 30 minutes. Then serve to a table.
