How to brew a perfect tea

Let's discuss a few classic methods of brewing tea.
In order to get the best tea, your teapot must be warm and dry and you should choose the right portion of the tea.

For brewing a black tea, get a spoonful of leaves, but if you are brewing a green tea, then throw half full teaspoon of leaves in the pot. If you are planning to have a large tea-party, then double the size of an ordinary portion.

Various types of tea need different water temperature for brewing. Green tea needs water on its first stage of boiling. White tea tastes better with less temperature, like 50-70C.

For black tea, you’d better use 95C hot water, while 80 or 90C is quite enough for receiving a perfect Ceylon tea.
