Autumn is already here and it’s perfect time for warm cream-soups.
In this post we will cook broccoli soup.
1 clove of garlic
2 straw celery
400 gr. Broccoli
1 l. Chicken or vegetable broth
Grate and cut the garlic. Finely chop the broccoli and celery. Heat pan, pour olive oil, sauté garlic and celery, then add the broccoli. When the vegetables are softened, pour the broth and boil for 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper. Whisk with hand blender.
Serve with grated parmesan.
