Rice pudding an easy way to please your child.
Ingredients:
¾ cup rice
1 ½ cup of water
1 scarf salt
4 cups of milk
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
Raising
Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
Method:
Prepare medium pan. Bring to boil rice, water and salt. Keep on a medium heat for about 15 minutes, until water evaporates. Then, add milk, sugar, and nutmeg. Frequently stir. After 30-45 minutes you will get a creamy, thick mixture. Don’t overcook. Add vanilla and cinnamon.
Transfer to desired jars, sprinkle with raisins and cinnamon.
Cover with a plastic and cool.
