Chicken tikka

Tikka masala is famous Indian sauce. Today, we decided to share the recipe of chicken tikka with you.

Ingredients:

Chicken - 1 piece

Marinade:

Plain yogurt - 1 cup

Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

Cumin - 2 teaspoon

Red pepper - 2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 2 teaspoon

Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Ginger - 70 grams

Sauce:

Butter - 1 tablespoon

Garlic - 2 cloves

Jalapeno - 1 piece

Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

Salt - ½ teaspoon

Tomato canned - 200 grams

Cream - 1 cup

Chopped coriander - 3 tablespoons

Method:

Place marinade ingredients in a large bowl and stir them. Insert cleaned, chopped chicken in the bowl. Cover it with a plastic and place in a fridge for one hour.

Cook sauce – melt the butter, sauté garlic and jalapeno. In one minute add seasonings, after several seconds add canned tomatoes and stir. Pour crème and simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove chicken from marinade and fry it. Place in a sauce and season with chopped coriander.

Serve with rice.
