"I became interested in culinary arts at the age of 16, and I quickly decided to pursue professional education in this field, so I enrolled in the Culinary Academy. Immediately after receiving my diploma, I went to Turkey to complete my internship.

My first significant job was at the restaurant “Zala,” where I worked as a head chef for two years from the opening day.

After that, I had an internship in Spain and participated in MasterChef, which turned out to be an immense experience for me – the interactions with chefs and their feedback were very helpful in my development.

Reaching the final truly gave a big push to my career. After this show, my life changed. I opened a burger restaurant, "BurgerBoss," something I had dreamed about since childhood.
Why a burger? I believe I’m good at it, along with everything else, and I want to offer the best burger in town to my guests.

My upcoming plans are related to Georgian cuisine and fusion, which is my favorite topic. I do not rule out going abroad to study to further deepen my knowledge and skills." - Gagá Vardanidze
