First of all mix the following ingredients – garlic powder, cayenne pepper, red pepper, mustard powder, black pepper and salt. Apply the mixture on all sides of the ribs. Place the ribs on the tinfoil, pour the beer and wrap it up. Place the tray in the oven for 2 hours on 160C.

Meanwhile, start preparing Barbeque sauce with chopping onions, garlic, ginger and roast them with some oil, then add sugar (brown), honey, mustard, Worcester sauce. Add some ketchup in 2-3 minutes. As soon as the mixture is ready - drain it.

Place the cooked ribs on a pan, smear the barbeque sauce and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes on 180C.
