Gingerbread Cookies

For making the dough: Stir warm butter sugar and honey together, add flour, soda, cinnamon and ginger flour. Knead the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour

Roll the dough, cut out the figures and bake in a preheated oven for 7-12 minutes, 170 degrees.

At the very end, decorate the cookies with "icing", which we beat with a mixer of egg white and powdered sugar.
