step 1 For making the dough: Stir warm butter sugar and honey together, add flour, soda, cinnamon and ginger flour. Knead the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour
step 2 Roll the dough, cut out the figures and bake in a preheated oven for 7-12 minutes, 170 degrees.
step 3 At the very end, decorate the cookies with "icing", which we beat with a mixer of egg white and powdered sugar.
