I am Anna Kachiuri. Head of Georgian IT Integrator Company. 

I am a gourmet and accordingly, I like to taste different dishes. My source of inspiration is Italian and French cuisine. I believe that a dish should be not only delicious, but have aesthetically pleasing appearance as well. 

As I don’t have much time for cooking, I often choose relatively simple recipes.

Dessert Pavlova is just such recipe: simple, delicious and very appeaing.

For the meringue you will need:
4 4 piece egg white
1/2 1/2 teaspoon salt
200 200 gr. sugar
For the cream you will need:
150 150 gr. cream 35%
2 2 tablespoon sugar
1 1 teaspoon vanilla
150 150 gr. yogurt
200 200 gr. strawberry
200 200 gr. raspberry
200 200 gr. blueberry
1 1 piece mint stem

Heat the oven to 150 degrees.

Add salt to egg whites and beat. When the egg whites foam a little, add sugar gradually, without stopping whipping. You should get a thick glossy meringue.

Spread the parchment paper on the baking sheet and place meringue on it.

Bake in the oven for 1 hour.

If you want meringue to be crispy outside and soft inside, leave it in the oven for another 1 hour.

Before that, let’s prepare the cream. Beat cream, sugar and vanilla. Add natural yogurt to the obtained cream and mix well.

Spread the cream in the middle of the meringue. Garnish with berries and mint.
