Hello, I'm Nini - a certified fitness instructor. At the beginning of the pandemic, many people had a new interest. Many have turned their existing hobby into a profession. This happened in my case, and I resumed a long-forgotten exercise, which turned out to be the harbinger of many pleasant news. While trying to delve into the myths and realities of the fitness world on a hobbyist level, I came across a number of incorrect or unreliable sources in the internet world. Therefore, with the increase in knowledge, experience and qualifications, I decided to create a fitness blog to give the right direction to people who were once looking for information like me. This is how my blog was created and I still try to offer informative, different and interesting content to my subscribers. In the blog, one of the directions is healthy and, most importantly, delicious recipes. That's why I'm sharing a very different and summery tea recipe. I hope you will enjoy it!
1
1
piece
mango
1
1
tablespoon
sweetener (honey, maple, agave, or any syrup you like)
1
1
Cup
+ 1 tbsp hot water (not boiled)
2
2
teaspoon
ma(t)cha
1
1
Cup
milk (I used lactose-free. You can try any milk you like, including plant milk)
1
1
Cup
ice
1/2
1/2
piece
frozen mango (optional)
1
1
piece
sprig of mint (optional)
Puree the mango with a blender or a knife. Mix the sweetener and set aside for a while.
Add 1 tablespoon of water to 2 teaspoons of matcha, dilute it completely, so that it foams a little. Add the remaining hot water. Mix again and let it rest in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
Let's start arranging. Place the mango puree on the bottom of the glass. Add ice first, then milk. Take the matcha out of the fridge and add it to the ingredients in the glass.
We can use very little skimmed milk as the last layer. Place diced frozen mango and/or mint on the surface of the milk.
How To Serve
This amount of ingredients makes 2 servings. Enjoy!
