Take the minced beef and add 10g of ketchup, 10g of Mayonnaise, 10g of mustard and 1 teaspoon of Worcester sauce. Mix them up thoroughly and shape into 2 150g cutlets. Season it with salt and black pepper, apply some butter and roast on a grill or a pan.

When the cutlet is cooked place your piece of cheddar on it to slightly melt.

Cut the bun into halves, apply some butter and fry slightly on a grill or a pan. Apply some Mayonnaise and ketchup on the bottom side of the bun, top it with salad leaf and cutlet, slices of tomato and onion and cover with the second part of the bun.
