“I am an interior designer by profession. I always loved cooking, but as we moved to Tsavkisi I became more and more interested in this, because there is no call service here.  I missed the restaurant food and  tried to cook it at home for my big family. All of this also coincided with the pandemic. I love to cook for my friends and invite them to dinner.

Children love burgers very much, so I often cook burgers where I added my secret to the recipe. We all know that caramelized onions are very good for burgers. I use onion preserve from “Nino Aroma”. It simplifies the process, it is much easier than to caramelize onions, and this preserve  gives a very rich taste.”

ingredients
2 2 burger bread
500 500 gr. beef
1 1 рinch pepper
1 1 рinch salt
2 2 slices of cheddar cheese
1 1 piece tomato
1 1 piece onion
4 4 mayonnaise
3 3 ketchup
3 3 Worcestershire sauce
1 1 Dijon mustard
2 2 piece pickles
2 2 onion preserve
step 1
For the burger, select 300 g lean and 200 g fatty meat, mix with salt, pepper and a small amount of Worcestershire sauce. Round and fry on a frying pan.

Put cheese on the meat and fry until it melts.

To prepare the sauce, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and finely chopped cucumber.

To make the burger, heat the bread on a pan, add sauce to the bread, add lettuce, then meat, onion preserve, tomato, onion, sauce and bread. Garnish with new potato.
