2 2 onions
1 1 kg. cloves of garlic

30 30 gr. Utskho Suneli (Blue Fenugreek)

100 100 ml. corn flour

Wash and cut your beef into small pieces and stew in some water for about 25 minutes.

Then add already blendered tomatoes. In 2-3 minutes give some more water to cover the meat and let it stew on a low fire.
