Chicken Cutlets with Cream

3 3 chicken fillets
80 80 gr. onion
3 3 garlic cloves
2 2 gr. salt
2 2 gr. pepper
300 300 ml. cream
step 1
Wash chicken fillet, remove extra fat and mince together with onion and garlic. Place it in bowl, add yolk, salt, pepper, and mix.

Boil water in a 2 cm depth pan and add salt. Divide the mince into equal size portions, give them oval shapes and slowly put in boiling water, which should cover half of cutlets. Turn it over in 7 minutes and boil it for another 7 minutes. Then place it on tray covered with paper towels.

Put cream in pan on low heat, add prepared cutlets and simmer, and then add salt and pepper.

How To Serve

Serve warm.
