200 200 gr. sugar
150 150 gr. butter
2 2 eggs
15 15 gr. salt
5 5 gr. cinnamon
5 5 gr. cloves
30 30 gr. sea buckthorn
50 50 gr. red currant
400 400 gr. quince
2 2 piece cinnamon sticks

Mix bread with 150 g of sugar, 150 g of butter and 2 eggs. Mix well and add 5 g of salt, 5 g of cinnamon and cloves, mix again and place in a 2-layer coated with fat.

Between the layers, place sea buckthorn and currants with the orange zest. Boil quince with cinnamon sticks to prepare a side dish, add 50 gr. sugar and 10 g of salt, mix and add the grated apple with cinnamon
