Gingerbread Cookie
100 100 gr. butter
50 50 gr. sugar
200 200 gr. honey
230 230 gr. flour
3 3 gr. soda
8 8 gr. cinnamon
8 8 gr. ginger powder
1 1 glaze
2 2 piece egg whites
400 400 gr. icing sugar

Stir with warm butter sugar and honey, add flour, soda, cinnamon and ginger flour.

Knead the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour

Roll the dough, cut out the figures and bake in a preheated oven for 7-12 minutes, 170 degrees. At the very end, decorate the cookies with "icing", which we beat with a mixer of egg white and powdered sugar.
