New Year's Almond Cookies
100 100 gr. butter
170 170 gr. sugar
1 1 piece yolk
4 4 gr. vanilla
120 120 gr. flour
80 80 gr. almond flour
100 100 gr. raspberry jam
5 5 gr. sugar powder
step 1
Gently mix cold butter and sugar, add egg yolk, vanilla, flour, almond flour and baking soda. Leave in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Cut to desired shape so that raspberries can be placed inside.

Bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees. Spread with raspberry jam, put the second part on top and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
