Chicken with sangria sauce and mango salad

2 2 chicken breasts
1 1 clove garlic
1/4 1/4 tablespoon olive oil
1 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 2 lemons
3 3 cup white wine
500 500 ml. cream
100 100 gr. butter
1 1 piece orange
1 1 piece lime
1 1 piece mango
1 1 piece red onion

In a bowl mix Dijon mustard, butter, lemon and 1 glass of wine. Smear the breasts with oil, fill with mustard mixture, bake in special paper. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

To make sangria sauce, boil 2 cups of white wine, orange, lemon, lime juice and add orange zest. Boil until half evaporates. Add the cream and cook again until it evaporates to half again. Add oil. (The sauce must be warm during serving)

Dice mango, red onion and sweet red pepper. Squeeze lime and use skin for zest. Mix everything together and add mint.
