Green apple salad with dried black plum
ingredients
1 1 green apple
1 1 cucumber
30 30 gr. walnut
20 20 gr. mint grass
20 20 gr. tarragon
20 20 gr. spinach
20 20 gr. beetroot leaves
20 20 gr. rucola
30 30 gr. dried black plum
1 1 lemon
100 100 ml. sour cream

Wash the walnut and dry. Leave in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Rinse the greens, dry and separate the stems from the leaves. Apple and cucumber cut into thin pieces.
