1/2 1/2 lemon juice and zest
250 250 gr. cream

100 100 gr. wheat flour
50 50 gr. oatmeal
100 100 gr. sugar
100 100 gr. butter
Pistachio Gozinaki
100 100 gr. pistachios
50 50 gr. honey
1 1 teaspoon sugar

Mix eggs and sugar together to make semifredo. Place in a steam bath and stir until sugar dissolves. Grate the cheese and mix in the cooked mass, add vanilla, lemon zest, lemon juice and a little salt. Separate the cream separately and mix with other ingredients. Semifredo is ready, now it needs to be distributed and frozen in its forms (preferably freezing for 3-4 hours, although 1 hour is enough).

To cook Gozinak, you need to heat the honey - by heating, boiling, and then cooling again. Repeat this procedure 3-4 times. When the honey is ready, add the finely chopped pistachio, mix well and simmer for several minutes. Put a mixture of pasta and honey in a pot of cold water and wait. Cut into shapes

To cook crumble, mix the dry ingredients and add the oils, then bake for 18-20 minutes, after preheating the oven to 180 degrees, periodically checking.
