CHRISTMAS PUMPKIN, QUINCE AND APPLE
ingredients
1 1 1 medium sized pumpkin
1 1 big size quince
1 1 big size apple
300 300 gr. walnut
200 200 gr. almonds
4 4 cinnamon
2 2 anise stars
300 300 gr. honey
10 10 gr. powdered sugar
50 50 ml. oil

Cut the pumpkin, quince and apple in a half.

Put in a pan with cinnamon and anise, boil for 20 minutes. Remove the apple in 10 minutes. Place on a roasting pan, pour in butter and honey, leave to bake for 15-20 minutes, the temperature is 200 degrees.

Boil honey (100 gr.) for 5 minutes, add walnut, almond and lemon juice. Let stand for another 2-3 minutes. Place the stuffing on the pumpkin, quince and apple. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
