PELAMUSHI FROM Gluhwein
ingredients
1 1 liter red wine
100 100 ml. cognac
500 500 ml. cherry juice
5 5 gr. cinnamon
100 100 gr. sugar
2 2 clove
20 20 gr. of orange peel
11 11 tablespoon flour

Put red wine, brandy, zest, cinnamon, cloves and sugar in a saucepan and boil. After boiling the alcohol starts to evaporate. In this way you can control its availability. After a sufficient boil, filter the liquid.

Mix the cherry juice and flour together, and then add to the boiled wine gradually, stirring constantly. Stir in one direction, with a wooden spoon. Boil for 5-7 minutes. This is enough to harden the flour.

How To Serve

You can enjoy warm or cold. Most of all nuts go to pelamushi.
