quail eggs with mint sauce
200 200 gr. cucumber
4-5 4-5 quail eggs
150 150 ml. matsoni
50 50 gr. berries
50 50 gr. almond
5 5 gr. mint
1 1 рinch salt

Clean the cucumber and cut it into thin pieces. Cook and peel eggs. Mint finely chop and mix with matsoni and salt. Put the cucumber, berries and eggs together and pour mint sauce, sprinkle with almonds on top.
