Corn thimbles with melted cheese and tarragon sauce
300 300 gr. corn flour
200 200 ml. cream
200 200 gr. light-salted cheese
10 10 ml. vinegar
100 100 gr. tarragon

This time we will knead the dough for Mtchadi with cream, instead of water. Add salt to taste. Grate the cheese. Tarragon, vinegar and salt plane in a blender and mix well. For Mtchadi give the shape of a thimble and put in a furnace heated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

We take out the finished forms of Mtchadi and add grated cheese. Return to the oven for another 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
