New style of Chakapuli
700 700 gr. soft veal meat
1 1 bunch of tarragon
50 50 gr. coriander
50 50 gr. green onion
1 1 lemon
100 100 gr. tkemali
200 200 ml. coconut milk

50 50 ml. sunflower oil
step 1
Slice the meat into cubes and place in a saucepan. Add oil and simmer for 30 minutes. When the meat is soft, add lemon juice and continue to simmer for another five minutes.

Add coconut milk and let stand for another 10 minutes. As soon as it boils, add chopped greens, pieces of peeled mandarin and tkemali. Salt and chili to taste.
