400 400 gr. nadughi
350 350 gr. sulguni
300 300 ml. cream
3 3 piece garlic
80 80 gr. mint grass
400 400 gr. corn flour
200 200 ml. sunflower oil

Cream warm up with grated cheese. Add the snowflakes, mint leaves and garlic.

Corn flour flooded with water and blind oval forms. Fry the meat over medium heat.
